Buffalo chicken Bubble up recipe (tweaked)

My family loves buffalo ranch anything.. Frank's red hot, we literally will put that shit on anything...

Today I found a recipe for "buffalo chicken bubble up". Im not a big fan of the name, but the stuff was out of this world good... It's similar to monkey bread but in a casserole dish, and with cheese and it was a huge success here tonight.. I got some rave reviews and my toughest critic hubby even complimented it and went back for seconds.. This one is a keeper. and easy and cheap...

As is typical for me, I read tons of recipes and then do what I want so this recipe has been tweaked.. But the original recipe can be found here.. buffalo chicken bubble up

and here is a look at the one I made tonight along with the recipe the way I made it..
ranch instead of alfredo in buffalo chicken bubble up

Buffalo Chicken Bubble Up
  • 2 can (12oz) refrigerated flaky pilsbury grand biscuits
  • 3 cups cooked chopped chicken
  • shredded buffalo chicken (i simmered my chicken for about 3 hours in 1 cup franks red hot wing sauce and 1 pack ranch dressing powder let cool then shredded return to juices in stir well)
  • 1 cup bacon ranch liquid salad dressing
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cut your biscuits in 4 pieces and place them in a mixing bowl, add to that half of the shredded mozzarella, the liquid ranch stir to coat pieces then spread evening in the bottom of a lightly greases casserole dish, on top of that add your shredded buffalo chicken and the juices evenly top with remaining cheese and baked in a 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly and brown..

On another note I wanted to show off the latest t-shirt I made today. These are a custom request from a customer They are not listed on my etsy shop.. But please check out my shop or message me for a custom order... Have a great night all ya'll...
