football players and cheerleaders
Well, Its monday morning. Kids and hubby off to start their day and Im watching this thing about the football player who collapsed and died on the football field. Things like that scare me because I have 2 football players and a cheerleader.. To the best of my knowledge everyone is healthy. But this kids mom thought he was healthy too.
My daughter... The cheerleader was born with a heart murmur.. Doctors said it is ok now. But this really has me concerned. Maybe I need to have her checked one more time. Ill be saying a prayer for the family of this football player and I hope you guys will too. Loosing a child... Well its not even something I want to think about.. So.. Pray..
Well I started this post wanting to celebrate my 10000 visitors, but you dont start a party by talking about death do you???

life is short
Is your life where you planned it to be when you were a kid in your footie pajamas planning your future did you think it would be where you are right now? Do you have a bucket list?
My life, and probably no one out there has the life that they dreamed 20 years ago. Children dont seen the hidden stuff. In a childs life its all cut and dry and about right now. They dont know that today paves the path to tomorrow. How could they?
If I could go back and talk to 12 year old me I would tell me tht everything I do at twelve effects everything Ill ever do. Id tell me not to take that whole bottle of tylenol and hope death takes it away cuz id be missing out on so much now, and i'd have stomach troubles for the rest of my life because of it. Id tell myself that the boy that was my everything and knocked me up would dump me soon after the baby arrived. Id tell me to slow down and be young every chance I got. Because life is far to short to grow up to fast.

I dont really have anything to report today. Id like to thank God for the blessings in my life and say that I know he will take care of us and I am not worried. Otherwise I have nothing to report soI will share some pictures today that I hope you enjoy.
My daughters first drive on the interstate. She just got her permit. So be brave aikenites or stay home. lol Naahhh she actually does a good job of driving for a newbie.
This is our good friend crazy cat. She lives here with us and tells us what to do, and the name speaks for itself. Ive never been a fan of naming cats. I dont see a purpose. They don't come when you call them, what do they need names for. Hence she over time became known as crazy cat. Her friend who we recently lost was called fat cat.. again the name speaks for itself. She is a good cat. A royal pain. We got a new kitten that I haven't photo'd yet but she isn't pleased with his presence at all. im hoping in time they will become the best of friends.. Not counting on it tho.
and here is a picture we took last sunday on gorgeous edisto beach in south carolina. wavse were a bit abusive but we had a blast. Couldn't really afford it with hubby out of work. But given that our oldest is 17 and he has been out of town except a few days on major holidays for the past 3 years.. some things you can't afford not to do. I have no regrets.

Despite the harassing nature of their comments they really do have a nice blog, and this post started off to be a bitch session about these people harassing me. But nahh.. It doesnt mean that much to me. I know I am innocent and that the the threats of legal action are meaningless because I am doing nothing wrong.
