Pumpkin soup 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. cloves 1 2/3 c. evaporated milk 2 tbsp. butter Combine all ingredients except the butter in top of a double boiler. Place over boiling water and heat through. Stir in the butter. Add more milk if thinner consistency is desired. 4 servings. | ||||||
