Ok, number one.. I have no idea what cream of tartar is and nearly every brittle recipe I found called for it. Number two... I I like that this recipe calls for honey instead of sugar. Honey is healthier and just tastes better. So this recipe is a win win for me. Thought I would share it with you guys. Enjoy.
