Honey Curry chicken and Sriracha roasted potatoes

Tonight's menu was Honey Curry chicken and roasted red onion and potatoes with Sriracha seasoning blend. I found the sriracha spice blend at Tuesday Morning, One of my favorite shops for spices and special things you can't pick up at walmart and the grocery store. I bought this a while back and have been a little scared to use it, Ive never used sriracha anything and I had this idea that it was going to be super hot, But it really isn't that hot at all. I mean I guess it could have been hotter depending how much you add but i didn't add a whole lot out of consideration for little mouths in the house. If I were to make this recipe again I would add a little more. But they turned out great and there were no leftovers.

Tuesday Morning , where I got this wonderful stuff pictured above is similar to Ross, or TJ Maxx, discount prices on name brand stuff. If you have one near you and have never checked it out you should. They are mostly home goods, spices, soaps, cleaning supplies, some furniture, and bedding, and towels, rugs, toys, games, dishes,etc... No clothes. definitely worth checking out.

So anyway here is what it looked like plated and the critics reviews were impressive I think I took home the bronze on this one.
