Corndog Casserole
This recipe is a hit with my kids. I dont do it to mine but they like you squirt ketchup and mustard across the top so that "it has more of a "corndog-ness" to it" I haven't tried it their way yet. But I should..
1 1/2 cups bisquick
grated cheddar cheese (enough to cover top of casserole)
1 can whole kernal corn (with juice)
2 tbsp sugar
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 hot dogs
half cup finely chopped onion
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
cut each hotdog into about 8 or 10 pieces mix all ingredients except cheese together pour into a greased baking dish sprinkle grated cheese on top, bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
';
(function() {
var dsq = document.createElement('script'); dsq.type = 'text/javascript'; dsq.async = true;
dsq.src = '//' + disqus_shortname + '.disqus.com/embed.js';
(document.getElementsByTagName('head')[0] || document.getElementsByTagName('body')[0]).appendChild(dsq);
})();
