For the first three days I took the zyban once daily, after that I began taking them twice daily atleast 8 hours apart and my last dose before 6pm..
Days 1-3 I didn't notice anything significant from the medicine.
Day 4 (started 2 pills per day) I started thinking about why I smoke. I honestly have no idea. Before I would have said it relaxes me, it calms me. Im still smoking, but Im wondering why I do it. I never wondered that before. Maybe that has nothing to do with the meds. But Im just telling you everything I think may be relevant and you can sort it out.
Day 5 We had a football game last night and a couple of us parents always seem to find ourselves under the bleachers at the same time smoking. I missed out on the smokers club every single time. I smoked, I just wasn't on the same schedule as them, I dont think I smoked as much and when I would go down to smoke it wasn't as much of an " I need a cigarette" kind of feeling as it was "Im part of the smokers club I need to go hang out with my buddies"
Day 6 Im on day 6 now and Ive only took my first pill of the day. Some side effects are I get a little hyper, which is a good side effect for me to have.. Im normally kind of sloth like.. Thirst, I stay thristy. not so bad tat I'd complain about it tho. loss of appetite that isnt a bad thing either. I could stand to lose a few pounds.Ive also been getting headaches, not even really headaches its so small I don't even take meds for it. Its like a wave of headache runs thru me and as quick as its starts its done. More like my brain is just saying subtly "her I am".
